Spreading riding arena sand is easy with the Optimas spreading shovel!
In order to create the necessary stability for horse and rider, a special mixture of sand and plastic flakes is spread on the riding surface.The distribution of these plastic flakes is quite difficult, as they quickly stick to the shovel. However, the spreading of the mixture works perfectly with the spreading shovel.
A 1,200 m² surface can be covered in 30 minutes.
The distribution volume per surface is metered with the drive speed and the variable oil pressure.
A special vibration unit prevents “tunnel formation” with damp material (e.g. soil).
The distribution width can be reduced to 1 m as an option.
We can also provide a quick release plate suitable for your wheel loader.
