Installing crash barriers / guardrails with the Optimas Vacu-Pallet Mobile
The Optimas Vacu-Pallet Mobile is ideal for lifting elements weighing up to 140 kg (optionally 200 kg) thanks to the integrated vacuum hose lifting technology.
NEW: Thanks to the use of special suction pads, the Vacu-Pallet-Mobile is now also perfectly qualified for the installation of crash barriers / safety guardrails.
All standard guardrail systems consisting of
- Profile A (part no. 1.00) or
- profile B (part no. 2.00) and from
- box profiles (part no. 25.00 and/or 33.00 and 36.00)
can be assembled using the Optimas Vacu-Pallet-Mobile
These are used to build a wide variety of systems, such as Super Rail, Super Rail Eco; Mega Rail, Easy Rail etc.

The following suction plates are required for this:
- Suction pad for guard rail type A
- The suction pads can be replaced very quickly and easily using a simple quick-change system.
- Suction pad for guard rail type B
Suction pad for box profiles 3 mm + 4 mm (part no. 25.00, 33.00 and 36.00)
Optionally available:
NEW: VPM comfort package
consisting of remote control and automatic mast alignment.
- Drive left / right
- Drive "forward" on both sides
- Vacuum pump on/off
- Raise / lower pallet fork
- Mast alignment on / off
The following functions can be controlled via the remote control.
