Formwork system

Formwork system enables performance increase of up to 32 %.

The Optimas formwork system, developed in collaboration with users, saves expensive working time and material.

After measuring the height on the frost protection layer, the aluminium formwork profiles are installed on both sides with formwork profile holders within a few minutes. Hight adjustment is carried out with millimetre accuracy by means of the height-adjustable holders. Afterwards the concrete is poured in.

For the gutter foundation, the formwork is set up again in a few simple steps after the subgrade has been installed, concrete is poured in and then levelled with the Optimas concrete screed to save time. The concrete screed runs on height-adjustable rollers on the upper edge of the curb and rests on the formwork profiles on the other side.
