The paver filling device is fixed to the paver laying machine with socket pins without the need for tools. The extremely high manoeuvrability of the paver laying machine means that the jointing material can also be inserted in the curves and edges of paver joints. The jointing material can be inserted dry and with water. As the best results (depending on the material to be filled) are often obtained by sluicing the material in with water, Optimas provides a water container (1.000 L). The three overlapping and rotating brushes massage the jointing material into the paver joints, filling them completely. Depending on the joint width and depth, a person can complete up to 300 m²/hour. Giving your paver surface a long service life. Cleaning the paver surface with the sweeping machine carries off not only loose sand, but parts of the jointing material between the pavestones. The Stone-Clamp MULTIFLEX is very quickly and easily mounted to the Optimas paver laying machine or, with the appropriate quick-change device, to a carrier (e.g. excavator) and is then ready for use. The Stone-Clamp MULTIFLEX is standardly suitable for setting concrete and granite curbstones, gutter stones, block steps and various slabs. By exchanging the clamping jaws (optional), many other applications are possible, e.g. for placing palisades, L-stones, natural stones, lawn grids, boulders and many more. The vacuum device simple to mount on the boom of the Optimas and is then ready to use. The functions “Suction and Release” are triggered directly by the driver. The driver can work alone to lift the kerbstones directly from the package and then set them down directly at the desired position. The kerbstones do not need to be distributed beforehand. This not only reduces personnel costs, but minimizes heavy working practices. Simple operating produces enormous hourly output. Simple replacement of the suction plate makes the vacuum device suitable for laying both concrete and natural stone kerbstones as well as gutter stones (up to seven pcs in a single work step).  Also suitable for laying concrete and natural stone pavers and other concrete and natural stone elements. The disc brush has a diameter of 750 mm and is equipped with flat wire bundles so that even stubborn dirt is no longer an obstacle. To ensure removal in marginal areas, the weed brush is equipped with a mechanical side shift.
